Topeka Area Homeschool Network
T.A.H.N. is a secular inclusive homeschooling group whose main focus is facilitating social activities in the Topeka, Kansas Area.
They value tolerance, acceptance and respect for individuals regardless of age, race or religion. They recognize and celebrate diversity.
Members use a variety of methods to homeschool their children. They recognize learning happens at all ages in a variety of ways and that there is not one right way to homeschool.

MOMS CLUB - OVERLAND PARK
(3RD TUES.)
This international support group chapter is for at-home Overland Park mothers. Make real friendships with other at-home mothers and their children through monthly meetings, playgroups, service projects, and activities such as book club, recipe exchange, arts and crafts, or other special interests. LAWRENCE MOTHERS OF TWINS & MORE
(3RD FRI.)
This is a support group for women that are experiencing pregnancy or parenthood with twins or more. It offers informal meetings, playgroups, holiday parties, Mom's Night Out, support, suggestions, and a shoulder to cry or laugh on. LA LECHE LEAGUE
This group supports mothers that are breastfeeding or wish to learn more about breastfeeding. Meetings are free and open to mothers and nursing babies. Specially-trained volunteer leaders that are experienced breastfeeding mothers provide support and information at the meetings or by phone.

TOPEKA EVENING MEETING - Meets every 3rd Tues. of each month at 7 p.m. at St. Francis Hospital, Second Floor, Meeting Room 10.

TOPEKA DAYTIME MEETING: Meets the 1st Wed. of each month at 10 a.m. at St. Francis Hospital, Second Floor, New Life Meeting Room 1.

WAMEGO - Meets the 2nd Mon. of each month at 7 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 600 Lincoln.

LAWRENCE AUTISM SOCIETY

The Lawrence Autism Society is a community of parents, families, educators, and service providers, working together to improve the lives of individuals with Autism. Society members also act as ìfirst respondersî to families new to the Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing information and support. This fun, free, early learning-program is provided by school districts for soon-to-be-parents and parents for children up to 3 yrs. to help parents be their childís first and best teachers. The purpose of the Topeka Babysitting Co-op is to provide safe, free childcare in a fair manner, while giving parents and children the opportunity to build relationships with other families in the community.
